How to Report a Bug

We appreciate your help testing our LI Spender Tool and would love any feedback you can offer. The information below will help you give us corrections and suggestions in the most constructive way possible.

Suggestions

We welcome your suggestions on how to improve the LI Spender Tool. Please send an email to mmorselguides@gmail.com with the subject line "Suggestion". Try to be descriptive in letting us know what you'd like to see change and why.

Bugs

If you followed the steps in the Using the LI Spender Tool document and got a result different than described, congratulations -- you've found a bug!

Before reporting the bug, check the Known Issues section of the latest Release Notes. If your bug is listed you don't have to file a bug report, since we already know about it.

To report a new bug, we need a little more info from you. Copy the questions below into an email and answer them as well as you can. Send the email to mmorselguides@gmail.com with the subject line "Bug Report".

Please enter a short description of the bug:

What OS and browser do you use? (please include versions)

What item were you configuring: class, type, level, age?

What were you trying to do when the bug occurred?

What steps should we follow to reproduce this bug?

Screenshots

If the bug involves a problem with legacy data, such as the wrong values or costs, please include a screenshot that looks like this if possible. You may have to spend a Scroll of (Lesser) Renewal so we can see the full value and cost list.
