If you let Volume II of the epic story guide you, Book 2 sends you to The Silvertine Lodes, just south of Dolven-view, to kill goblins in Gamil Filik. Additional quests for the zone (levels 52-55) can be found in The Deep Descent. One of the smaller zones in Moria, you'll make up for it with lots of climbing. Alternate with Chamber of the Crossroads in Durin's Way for these levels.

Instances in The Silvertine Lodes

Completing quests in this zone unlocks the quests for the Forgotten Treasury, a level 56+ fellowship instance. Loot includes rare jewelry drops.

Virtue Deeds in The Silvertine Lodes

Deeds for The Silvertine Lodes sort to Moria Central Halls in your deed log, along with The Great Delving, Nud-Melek and Zelem-Melek. Between these zones, you'll want to complete 60 quests for a rank each of Innocence and Empathy. Non-instance slayer deeds are Moria-wide, so don't worry about finishing these until you are ready to leave Moria.

The Epic Story and The Silvertine Lodes

Volume II, Book 2 will have you visit this zone to kill goblins in Gamil Filik. Be sure to pick up quests from The Deep Descent for this area to do at the same time.

Crafting and The Silvertine Lodes

The Silvertine Lodes is a good zone for gathering Tier 6a crafting materials: Khazad-copper and Khazad-tin ore, Magnificent hides, Ilex logs and Sage Lockers (in the south-east corner, near the Riddle Room). For crafting facilities, visit Twenty-first Hall.
