They added a helm this week in Beta 5 to the Annuminas level 65 sets so they definitely have a total 150 radiance at the moment. Cloak has zero radiance, shield has zero radiance. But boots, gloves, chest, legs, helm and shoulders are available for all three sets (light, medium, heavy) and each of these 6 pieces have 25 radiance.

I double-checked it today, but that doesn't mean it won't get pulled for launch. I'll put this on my watch list.
I believe the Annuminas 6 piece set includes a cloak instead of a helm. The cloak does not have radiance, so the set total for radiance = 125
