In addition, you can now earn mounts from reputation meta-deeds:
- Completing Ambassador to the Elves (must be Kindred with Elves of Rivendell, Galadhrim and Malledhrim) earns you the Steed of the Elf-Lords, the title "Ambassador to the Elves" and 20 TP.
- Completing World Renowned (Kindred with Algraig, Bree, Mathom Society, Thorin's Hall, Rivendell, Eglain, Esteldin, Annuminas, Council of the North, Forochel and Grey Company) earns you the Steed of Eriador, the title "World Renowned" and 50 TP.
New Ways to Earn Reputation
A Beta-version of a new game system, Tasks, was added in the November Update. In addition to paying some extra XP, tasks let you turn some of your vendor trash into reputation, but with some significant restrictions. Note that the level of tasks is often lower than the quests for the same area, so check the task board first thing when you arrive in a new area. See the Task System Guide on Lorebook to get started.The other new way to earn rep is skirmishes! The daily quest for some skirmishes now includes +700 rep among the rewards.
Reputation by Level
The chart below shows the adventurer factions currently in-game and the ways you can earn reputation, by level and content. Not included are the Inn League and Ale Association, or any of the crafting guilds.- For reputation barter items, we show the level of the introductory quest which unlocks the barter exchange.
- For quests, we show the actual quest level. Note that many quests unlock 5 levels before the level shown. For example, you can do the Introduction to Mathoms quest as early as level 30.
- For tasks, we show the level range of the available task quests. Note that tasks can only be accepted by characters at or no more than 4 levels above the task level. For example, if your character is 31, you can accept task levels 27-31.

2 - Reputation with the Lossoth of Forochel starts with Outsider, instead of Neutral like other factions.

If I'm not mistaken, killing undead in Harloeg givs rep for Eglain. Did notice this when doing the repeatable quests in that area the other day. Perhaps this apply to other areas in LL as well, such as Agamaur.
As does killing orcs across the road from OG. I was there for some virtue grinding, and was getting 8/kill.
First, well done on the updates, there's a ton! Here are my corrections/notes.

I was under the impression available tasks were +/- 4 levels of your current level. I could be wrong though.
For the Eglain, don't forget about the GA instances at level 32. There are a few daily rewards that give reputation in there. I noticed you called the crafting rep method as a "barter." It is more like a crafting quest. You buy the quest starter off the rep vendor, craft whatever is needed, and turn it in to the same vendor.
For Rangers of Esteldin, Fornost (level 39) is a good place for reputation. There are many quests at the camp near the entrance and also from a few from the end of quest chains starting in Esteldin that reward reputation for Fornost quests. In addition, each kill in Fornost gives you reputation.
I can probably grab the exact levels for the crafting barters with Annuminas.
Thanks for the feedback Anon, Nerves and Ajay. I've made the updates I can confirm, and will double check task levels (this is what I remember from test).
From the Tasks System Guide:
"Unlike the vast majority of quests in The Lord of the Rings Online, Tasks have both a minimum and maximum level requirement to accept them. A Task quest cannot be accepted unless your character is at the quest's nominal level, but no more than four levels above that. As of the November 2010 Update, Tasks leveled 8 to 49 are available. There are no tasks to complete for characters above level 53."

think oatbarton task board is bugged when I do one of the tasks I cant repeat it again even after a new day and my tasks reset
I'm not surprised. There was no autoleveler in the last Beta, so Tasks for the most part went untested. Be sure to /bug any you find bugged.
Is there a Return to Michel Delving skill available once you reach kindred with Mathom Society? I may be wrong...
There is also a possibility for Thorin's Hall rep in Lone-Lands. The area around and below Iorvinas http://lorebook.lotro.com/wiki/Landmark:Iorvinas
gives some rep for quest completions. A (very) minor point is also the old dwarf near Hengstacer Farm who gives you rep for quest completion. None of these will of course get you very far but every little bit helps.
dunno but there isn't anymore return to thorin's hall nor return to bree when you are kindred, openned a ticket in-game and they told that it wasn't a bug.
Are you sure? If I remember to check, I will, but that seems like something that should be mentioned beforehand.
Its not automatic for TH and Bree, its a purchase from a rep vendor (not necessarily the one you expect)
You can turn in the non-bound Mathom Society rep items and the crafted rep items at level 30 now. Well, they have level 35 quests to start the turn ins. Available at 30.
Yep! As the notes above say, many quests unlock 5 levels before the level shown, including the initial quest you need to complete to start bartering a particular type of rep item.
The table shows the quest level - the level indicated in your quest log.
As of Update 2, all tomb-raiders and angarim in Evendim gives reputation for Wardens of Annuminas ( 8 for each kill, 10 if Free people holds all control points in Annuminas ). One thing I don't understand is why they didn't lower the quest level for Black badges and Band of Numenor. You can collect lots of them and still hit kindred with all new quests without being able to barter them, as my mini did at level 40. And I still have plenty of quests to do in Evendim.
Mobs, I noticed the same things when going through Evendim. I even sold my stash of black badges and bands of Numenor anticipating a price drop. Made the little fix to this article, though I still need to come back and rewrite the intro for Update 2.
Nice write up, since you seem to be keeping it updated...the Barrow-treasure/Cardolan-trinket barters for The Men of Bree were reduce to level 20 (open at level 15). Keep up the good work, love your site, I find something new and useful each time I visit.
Dourhands in the Icereave mines drop rep items for both Thorin's Hall and the Lossoth of Forochel. Two birds with one stone, three if you want to complete the Dourhand slayer deed in Forochel, four if you are working on the Dwarf racial deed Enmity of the Dourhands.
